Graduated Murdoch University School of Veterinary Studies 1984.
Practiced mostly Small Animal Medicine, with some wildlife medicine (koala) for interest, in Port Macquarie until 2000. During those years about a dozen vet students from LMU saw practice with us. Since 2000, my wife Karin (also a vet) and I, have sold the Port Macquarie practice and established a small SA practice in her home state of Western Australia. I have twice visited Germany. Firstly (2000) to attend the wedding of a German veterinary friend and enjoy a short holiday, and secondly (Winter 2002/3) to undertake a German language course in Göttingen.
